Real Estate Markets such as Phoenix, Dallas, and Tampa gained the most people in nominal terms. Meanwhile - Housing Markets such as Myrtle Beach, SC, Sarasota, FL, Cape Coral, FL, and Boise, ID gained the most new residents in percentage terms. These huge influxes of people could be a reason why the real estate in these metros is BOOMING (and could be in a big Housing Bubble).
