WEBINAR'23 - Kinematics Assessment in Cycling by Borut Fonda |
|
The most common bike fittings nowadays rely on body kinematics. Methodology varies from simple manual goniometers to high-tech 3D motion capturing systems.
However, the validity of each method is often questioned and no clear consensus on what method should be used to measure kinematics exists among bike fitters. The scope of this lecture will be to present the scientific background on validity and reliability of various kinematics methods used for bike fitting.
