Eric Winnen holds a bachelor's degree in oriental literature and a master's degree in classical philology (University of Liège).

He has also taken further training courses: a master's degree in marketing at the ULB Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, a training course on Organization and Information Systems, at the CNAM in Paris, a training course on the Palo Alto interactional and strategic approaches at the Gregory Bateson Institute, and an academic certificate to teach creativity issued by the University Paris-Descartes.

He has been working in the field of communication for more than 15 years in Belgium and in France. He is currently General Manager of dialectiq, a communication agency that was set up in 2004 and that specializes in the field of economics and creativity.
