Reviewing what seems to be the best selling indoor cycle spin bike on Amazon. Aside from being extremely affordable, this bike (and other similar models) has many positive reviews many of which stress its practical functionality and durability. I've been on the fence of getting a new fan bike to replace a dying air dyne (which I may still do), but this bike may replace all the needs that I have for using a bike for cardio. This can be used as both a low intensity long duration cardio machine as a well as HIIT trainer.
