Aarti, an educated girl, living with her young brother and mother, joins as a personal secretary to Jolly. Vijay, who likes her, develops a desire that he should marry Aarti although he does not propose her. Meanwhile when Aarti participates in a dance function, she is noticed by Vijay's friend Ravi who falls in love with Aarti. Ravi soon gets engaged to her. But when Aarti is raped by Jolly, Ravi cancels his marriage with Aarti and when Vijay offers to marry her, his parents disapprove their relation.
