If you made your own boodle fight/kamayan feast at home, what would YOU put on the menu?! I hope this video helps you prepare your own feast at home. In this video, I prepare a boodle fight, aka a kamayan feast, aka "pile a bunch of filipino food on top of banana leaves and eat with your hands" feast! Half of the food I prepared from scratch, and the other half I purchased pre-marinated or fully cooked. Make sure you properly plan out your menu and your schedule so you don't get overwhelmed. With only one person cooking and a few hours to do it, I had to make sure I was organized. We had 10 people total (7 adults, 3 children), and had plenty of leftovers afterwards!
