Madhu, an innocent girl from India, falls for Vishu, an Airport attendant, during her tour of the U.S. Vishu has a twin brother Ramu and their father Rajamani imposes the condition that Ramu and Vishu can only get married to twin sisters. To facilitate Madhu's marriage with Vishu, her grandmother cooks up a story about Madhu having a twin sister in India and convinces Rajamani for the marriage. But how long will Madhu and her family be able to hide the truth from Rajamani?
