Trans and non-binary identities are nothing new; however, the language we use to talk about them is, and is constantly changing. It is important to learn this language in order to have meaningful interactions with one another. Using someones correct pronouns is simply just a way to show respect. And knowing how to respect each other is how we can push our society and each other further.
