Circular society | Carsten Sudhoff | TEDxZug

video thumbnail
This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. What if the future of leadership were based on the leader putting himself last? Carsten Sudhoff believes that our current leadership model is partly what caused the world-wide, socio-economic problems. Carsten's missions is to help our individualistic society rethink its responsibility and create a type of leadership that understands that long term sustainability can only be realized when individuals stop trying to maximize their own benefit in isolation.

As former Chief Human Resources Officer of the World Economic Forum, Carsten studied the complexities involving leadership, collaboration and sustainability.
His role as the Lead of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on "New Models of Leadership" further drove his thought leadership around the acceleration of change in the domain of leadership.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
