Providing a new life for the 8,000 lone immigrant minors in France
Focus - Young, alone and often on the other side of the world. There are some 8,000 migrant under 18s in France, many of whom have arrived there after fleeing war, poverty and other hardships back home. Support groups such as France Terre d'Asile tries to help them by integrating them into French life and finding them work.
