1 ½ TBL Butter
1 ½ TBL Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper

For the Dijon Cream Sauce:
1 ¾ Cup Milk
3 TBL Butter
3 TBL Flour
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
3 TBL Dijon Mustard
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
