Traditional and Khoi-San Leadership Act: Nomboniso Gasa

Concern has been raised about the constitutionality of the Traditional and Khoi-San Leadership Act which has just been signed into law by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
The Act, for the first time, gives statutory recognition to Khoi and San communities.
It also aims to align traditional and Khoi and San institutions with the Bill of Rights.
While some have welcomed the new legislation, its constitutionality may well be challenged. To discuss, I'm joined in studio by Nomboniso Gasa, researcher and analyst on land, gender, politics, and cultural issues.
