This 15 minute at home full body kettlebell strength workout is set to an energizing hip hop playlist that will leave your body feeling torched from head to toe 🔥! These moves will get your heart rate up and this is the perfect full body workout to do if you are limited in time and still want to get a good sweat in.

The shape of a kettlebell lets you work your muscles a little differently than a traditional dumbbell and explore a different way to functionally train the body.

Grab your kettlebell and let's go!

Workout Format ⏱️: 60 second intervals

10 Explosive Moves 💥:
1️⃣ Squat Catch Press
2️⃣ Pass Through Lunges
3️⃣ Floor Press + Pull Over
4️⃣ Swings
5️⃣ Single Leg Deadlifts
6️⃣ Overhead Tricep Extensions
7️⃣ Modified Burpee Row
8️⃣ Kneeling Get Downs
9️⃣ Around The Worlds
🔟 Sit Up Russian Twists

I am using a 20lb/9kg kettlebell but I encourage you to start with a weight that you feel comfortable with and then progress to something heavier once you've mastered the moves.
