Have you ever had dry aged beef before? Well, if you haven't, you don't know what you're missing! This process adds a whole other level of flavor and tenderness to an already amazing cut of beef. We did this 45 day dry aged brisket and, was it worth it? You'll have to watch the entire video to see! This Big Green Egg brisket was dry aged for 45 days in an UMAI Dry Age bag.
