After upgrading to Adobe Premiere Pro 2022, some of your clips will look saturated and over-exposed. To fix this issue, all you have to do is to change your sequence setting - working color space to Rec. 2100 HLG. https://youtu.be/RT3hnfhyzdI - This video shows the steps to do so.

Also, when you are exporting your video, go to the Video tab, look for "Encoding Setting", then change "Profile" to High10 and "Export Color Space" to "Rec. 2100 HLG."
