NBL21 round 20: will have New Zealand Breakers versus Brisbane Bullets on Sunday 30th May.
This is a HOME SWEET HOME
The Breakers play their first and only NBL21 game on their actual home court as they host the Brisbane Bullets at Spark Arena in Auckland.
This Season up to now: Breakers leads 2-1.
In Round 8: NZ won 97-92.
NZ scored 22 unanswered points early and held on to win. Reserve guard Rasmus Bach was huge with a career-high 16 points.
In Round 10: Brisbane won 88-67.
With Iverson in foul trouble and Harry Froling 20 points leading the way, the Bullets whacked the Breakers for an easy win.
In Round 11: NZ won 81-76 in overtime.
Iverson led the way for the Breakers with 10 points & 20 rebounds, on an injured ankle. Tai Webster also huge with 27 points and 10 assist.
In Round 14: Breakers won 91-71.
William McDowell-White triple-doubled , with 13 points, 10 rebounds, 14 assist as the Breakers limited Brisbane to 27 first-half points and cruised to an easy victory.
A Farewell to Drej..
This will be a significant occasion for Andrej Lemanis, who will be coaching his final NBL game in New Zealand before finishing up with the Bullets at the end of this season.
Lemanis led the Breakers to three straight championships last decade, making him a beloved figure within the New Zealand.
The legendary coach is rumoured to be heading to Japan next season to take up a lucrative coaching offer.

Lamar Patterson – He started the season as Breaker and in this one Patterson will play his only NBL21 game in New Zealand. What kind of
reception will he get from the locals? We’ll see.
