Tone your whole body with this slider workout. Using isometric holds with dynamic movements, such as squats, planks and push ups I will burn your way to a sleek body.
If you don't have sliders, use face cloths for hard wood floors or paper plates for carpet. You will feel sore after this one. This is a challenging workout. Pace yourself and if something doesn't feel right leave it out.
