In the run-up to the Tech Research Study to be launched by Ministry of Manpower in 30 Sep 2020 and the launch of HRTech Skills Badge, IHRP in partnership with hrtech.sg, organised the “IHRP HR Tech Talk Series” to evangelise the adoption of a Digital HR mindset amongst the HR community.

The first of the IHRP HR Tech Talk Webinar Series was held on 14 Aug 2020, and focused on the topic of Robotic Process Automation: Driving HR Transformation.

The session was moderated by Sriram Iyer (IHRP-SP and Founder & CEO at hrtech.sg), where he was joined by Vincent Tan (IHRP-SP and VP of Group HR at Comfort Delgro), Conine Poshala (Head of HR at BluePrism) and Jason Ku (Director at SimplifyNext).
