Formula milk is given in bottles which is prone to many diseases that is loose motions, vomitting, diarrhea, gasteroenteritis. This causes severe discomfort for the baby. Another important point is preparation of formula milk, when powder and water is mixed air bubbles are formed at the top of the bottle which should be allowed o settle down or causes colic pain.The head of the baby should be held high, such that the nipple of the baby does not have air which can cause colic pain in baby.Most milk have cow protein or soya protein to which the baby can be allergic to. This can cause stomach pain, vomiting and rashes. In such cases the allergy is investigated and the child is shifted to hypoallergic formula.
