Taking on Environmental Challenges with the Master of Environmental Data Science Capstone Projects

video thumbnail
We take a look at the exciting capstone projects for the 2024 Master of Environmental Data Science (MEDS) cohort. The students will be working on their #MastersProgram capstone projects for six months and will tackle real-world environmental problems utilizing data science solutions. The projects will cover a range of industries, including corporate sustainability, environmental policy, and climate adaptation. Students will utilize their knowledge and skills in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to produce a comprehensive set of deliverables to address the problems faced by their clients. The projects will offer an opportunity for the students to apply their learnings in a practical setting and acquire hands-on experience of working on complex environmental issues. Join us as we eagerly anticipate the outcome of the students' six months of hard work!.
