My Fantastic DIY Paramotor Quad |
|
This is my homemade ppg quad based on BlackHawk's Lowboy. I could have bought one of theirs when I purchased the other gear but I wanted to make my own. I have some experience in fabrication and enjoy building and customizing bikes so I thought I would give it a shot. Had I bought a quad I probably would have been flying months ago, but it's the journey that trips my trigger, and building this thing has been has been quite a journey fraught with some frustration and satisfaction. If the welds hold up after I dawg it at the flying field then she'll soon get a coat of paint.
