Road Trip by Joakim Karud Fresh Cut by Dyalla Succotash by Silent Partner My wife and I went to Salt Spring Island for one last getaway before our baby comes and I wanted to share with you one bike workout I like to when I don't have a lot of time. If you can haul your indoor trainer with you (or even find an indoor bike at a gym), then this workout should be right up your alley! This workout is short but hard, hard, hard! Workout: 10-15 min warm up (build into a good effort, getting the heart rate high before the main set) MAIN SET: Cycle 2-3x 40 seconds max effort / 1:20 easy (keep cadence high) Repeat 5x 5 minutes easy Cooldown for 5-10 minutes.
