Continuing the two decade old tradition of having a revolving door politically, Rajasthan has voted in favour of the Congress and shown the door to incumbent Vasundhara Raje. Congress has crossed the majority mark in the 200-member assembly of the desert state. Congress had not declared its chief ministerial candidate in the state earlier. The frontrunners for the position are Former Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot. The Rajasthan Congress has called a meeting of the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) on Wednesday in which a one-line resolution is expected to be passed.
