Asian supermarkets are fabulous for Tofu, yuba soya bean curd, Seitan, noodles, rice, seaweed and so many types of spices and thia, indian, spice pastes amazing for making flavoursome vegan food, fresh tofu is cheap and the best texture, there is lots of good vegan protein and fresh asian vegetables to be found in Asian markets.
I'm sharing lots of vegan meal inspo as i discuss some of the best vegan products I buy and the vegan recipes I make every week with these healthy vegan ingredients.
