Did you notice this in Hazbin Hotel?

In a previous short i talked about how dad’s greatest dad paid homage to the song Friend Like Me from Aladdin. There’s one other song that is referenced. This one being Other friends from steven universe. I’ll play a few clips for a comparison.

This part of the song, especially mimzy’s entrance is a deliberate reference to spinel from steven universe because both characters are voiced by Sarah Stiles.

As a bonus reference, prior to dad’s greatest dad lucifer says “why don’t you introduce me to your other friends”.

The two songs are extremely similar, and this is because the entire sequence is a deliberate reference to spinel from steven universe, since both her and mimzy are voiced by sarah stiles.
