Political commentator Bryce Edwards says Lockwood Smith owes Mana Party leader Hone Harawira an apology after booting him out of Parliament yesterday.

Mr Harawira was ejected while he was being sworn in as an MP, after swearing allegiance to the Treaty of Waitangi before the Queen.
