Age-Group and Adaptive Athletes & The Cross-Country 5K |
|
When was the last time you ran a 5K?
Masters, teens, and adaptive athletes took to the starting line Wednesday night to collectively run or ski their best 5K at the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games. Kaiden Hogan (Boys 16-17) called his shot in the test and took the win, junior high-school cross-country runner Hayes Willard (Girls 16-17) averaged 6:33 minutes per mile, and former track and field star Kevin Koester (Men 55-59) proved he’s still got it. With plenty of cross-country and track and field experience throughout the divisions, athlete performances were short of impressive. #CrossFit #CrossFitGames 🎥 @achievedmedia — The CrossFit Games are the ultimate proving grounds for the Fittest Man and Fittest Woman on Earth™ and are world-renowned as the definitive test of fitness.
