This video provides an overview to Chapel Hill Quest Martial Arts Winter Quest event that happened in February 2019. This seminar was lead by An-Shu Stephen K. Hayes and focused on the Takagi Yoshin Ryu school of Jutaijutsu/Jiujitsu. Some historical references are given along with some thoughts on proper To-Shin Do striking strategy. Enjoy!
