I grew a lot middle to end of 2021 physically, mentally, and more. I lost 15 lbs, I am happier and healthier. I uncovered disorderly eating and unhealthy habits and am working on repairing them still and always will. Body image will always be a struggle but I have learned to appreciate myself more than ever before. I have a different outlook on health, exercise, food and my body overall. Nobody needs to look a certain way but if you are struggling and want to make change like I did, if I can do it, you can do it.
