Design Thinking is one of the methods that keeps on giving. It helps designers (UX, CX, SD etc.) to solve big problems for businesses that tend to forget to focus on the user needs. This is the key strength and benefit of the Human/User-Centred, as the solutions answer deepest user needs, as well as completes business goals.
