If you’re familiar with Filipino lumpia (also called lumpia Shanghai), you’ll know that the wrapper I used in this recipe is DIFFERENT. However, this is the only type of spring roll wrapper I can get at my local American grocery store. My goal is to have Filipino food easily accessible in anybody’s kitchen, so I’ll use ingredients or create substitutions that are a bit different from traditional Filipino recipes.
