It takes MORE than just meds to treat ADHD! I take medication every day and it is a vital part of my ADHD Management System; however, my ADHD isn’t well managed with ONLY meds. If I take meds but don’t exercise/maintain my organization system/get enough sleep/etc. my ADHD symptoms are very severe. Medication is great, but it’s not a complete solution.

ADHD can be completely well-managed without medication! There are many people who manage their ADHD extremely well without it! Medication doesn’t work for everyone and that’s okay! With or without medication, there are many ways to manage ADHD.
