My minimalist morning routine is my me-time to ground myself and to cultivate mindful, slow living. It helps me to cultivate simplicity, self-love and self-care into my daily life, one day at a time. In this video I am sharing my simple morning routine. As a mother, no two days are the same - but I like to devote some time for my morning routine which is minimalist, mindful and slow. In one way or another, I like to incorporate rituals that help me nourish my mind, body & soul.
