This video explores 12 of the most common beliefs and thoughts that children of Borderline parents often have about themselves and their parent with Borderline Personality Disorder. And, while from a mental health perspective it is important to acknowledge and understand the pathology we can see in Borderline PD and have compassion for those who struggle.... I also believe there are literally millions of children of Borderline parents who have no idea how to describe the complicated nature of their childhoods, and who in turn, have many complicated relationship and mental health issues that are untreated, unsupported and unhealed--- and were never validated. xo ❤️❤️❤️❤️ To receive my free pdf "Attachment Journal Prompts for Exploring Childhood Attachment" please feel free to join my email list: http://www.drkimsage.com @drkimsage |
