How technology is shaping our culture | Angelene Naidoo | TEDxYouth@ISE

video thumbnail
A South-African girl, brought up in various international environments, discusses how in an increasingly internationalized environment, cultural clashes are inevitable, but believes that they should be embraced. Her speech goes on to explore how technology, and its increasingly large role in our lives, is creating an international, global culture.

Angelene Naidoo is a South African student studying at an International School in the Netherlands. Coming from such a mixed cultural background she was curious to discover the links between culture and, perhaps on of the most prominent aspects of our lives, technology.

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
