Oscars have a new "Popular Film" category: Outstanding Achievement in Popular Film. Due to falling TV ratings the Academy has announced some changes to the Oscars award show.

In hopes to attract more viewers they have add a new Outstanding Achievement in Popular Film category. Will this bring in the views they are hoping it will? We have a discussion about the new popular film category.
