In this demonstration, you will note the 35 different built-in workout programs, and access to the iFit program using the conveniently placed iFit button as shown on the console (subscription required). This iFit program works with Google Maps to provide unique routes to follow using street view so it feels like you're really there; and the trainer automatically adjusts incline and speed accordingly. Also with iFit, you can download professionally designed workout programs or build your own workout with the workout builder option.
