So before you start your art commissions, let's talk about starting a terms of service. That boring but really important rules you need to have before you offer your services.

Some of the examples posted are from Gaiaonline. Yup... still use that site. Too lazy to rummage around Deviantart journals to find examples but Gaia seems to always have that light text on white background trend with very small text. I'm not sure why. I don't know if it's just me getting old but they always make them so hard to read.
