The bikes is nice and sturdy, easy to assemble, quiet. I also like that you can adjust the seating and handle bars to accommodate your height. However, I found that this bike lacks levels of resistance, the resistance of the belt is so minimal that you really wont get a good workout. Honestly, maybe I was expecting better resistance, this bike is not for me, so it has been returned.
