VW T-Cross 2022 review: Is Volkswagen's smallest compact SUV smart enough for a family? |
|
The VW T-Cross might be the most compact SUV that Volkswagen sells in Australia, but it could actually be a better choice for family SUV buyers after a smart crossover that's small on the outside.
That's because - being based on the impressive Volkswagen Polo - it has a really nice drive experience to it. But, crucially, it's more thoughtfully packaged than the VW T-Roc SUV that sits above it in the size spectrum, and it has a bigger boot capacity and nifty sliding second-row seating. Is it perfect? No, but you'll have to watch the video from our family reviewer, Helen Frost, to see what she thought were the biggest pros and cons of this little softroader SUV. And remember, she was driving the VW T-Cross Style 2022 model, which, when filmed, cost almost $34,000 before on-road costs and options...
