The 24.3 CrossFit®️ Open Workout has landed, and I’m SO ready for this. We're going to give you all the tips and tricks you need to crush this workout.

The 24.3 Open workout is a two-part workout for time:

5rds of 7 Thrusters, 7 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups into 1 minute rest, then, 5rds of 7 Thrusters, 7 Muscle Ups.

Be careful. 24.3 is tricky and will mess you up if you pace it wrong. Your grip will fatigue quickly, and you could find yourself staring up at the rig for too long. We don’t want that to happen and that’s why we’ve got you covered.
