Russell Lazovick can't dance. Or so say his talented, sure-footed daughters. While he's not proud of his two left feet, he is proud that he's setting an example for his daughters that receiving feedback is a vital part of taking on any challenge. As an educator, a lot of emphasis is placed on teaching people how to GIVE feedback, but according to Russell, receiving feedback is an equally important skill, that when mastered can unlock the growth mindset needed to thrive in and outside the classroom.
