Narcissists are toxic to those around them because of their envy and discontent. Anyone who is constantly finding fault in others is often resentful and envious of those who are succeeding in the pursuit of their own dreams. The narcissist will act as if they care, but once they learn what your plans are for the future, they will destroy them. If a narcissist tells you they support your goals, don't believe them since they're lying and will pull the rug out from under you as soon as they can. Narcissists are the most toxic type of people because they will repeat your mistakes and steal credit for your successes. Sometimes, narcissists tend to act like perpetual victims, they try to make everyone else believe that they are helpless and need help. They would have everyone think that they were completely blameless and that everyone else was just being cruel. Considering that dishonesty is a hallmark of narcissism, this is to be anticipated. At some time, a victim of a narcissist's abuse or manipulation may decide to lash out at the narcissist. Adverse behavior in response to earlier mistreatment is known as "reactive abuse." It's as if the abused person has switched roles and is now the abuser. A narcissist will use any means at their disposal to steer their victim in that course. But, why? What kind of narcissist would put themselves through that? #narcissisticpersonalitydisorder #narcissist #narcissism narcissistic personality disorder, narcissist personality disorder, npd, narcissist, narcissism, can narcissists change, narc survivor, narcissistic, gaslighting, narcissist definition, narcissists, covert narcissist, what's a narcissist, narcissistic abuse, narc, psychology, narcissist meaning,a narcissist, manipulation, scapegoat, sociopath, golden child, flying monkey, bpd symptoms, black sheep, flying monkeys, borderline, psychopath, abuse, ptsd, jealousy, discard, envy, harassment, cptsd, aspd, manipulator, empath, narci, bpd, stalking, emotional abuse, covert narcissism, mental health, narcissistic abuse recovery, how to deal with a narcissist: when they shame you, but are ashamed of their own weakness |
