Dependent Personality Disorder people :

Excessive need to be taken care of
They become submissive to people
They have “learned helplessness” – Are they manipulators ?
They need constant reassurance and advice to continue with the day
Manipulators like them because they are easy to control
Emotional dependency – is not as clinical as DPD, sprouts from low self esteem
They have history of Childhood abandonment, they are people pleasers.
