Natacha Oceane has challenged how we think our menstrual cycle affects our training, was it all a fad, should we just stop listing to the advice? This is my response on the topic and my own anecdotal findings from my own training and lifestyle working out in the sport of crossfit and weightlifting as well as other sports. My training varies a lot and i vary it even more due to my cycle phase. Wether thats changing how i work out while on my period, or in my luteal phase.
