Eiffel Tower, Paris, jaw dropping scenery #shorts

This is one of many man-made wonders of the world.
What are your favorites?

That scene from Rush Hour 3 was one of my favorites of all time.

It's a wrought-iron 1889 tower, with steps and elevators to observation decks. roughly 200 feet, 400 feet, and 900 feet.

It took 2 years, 2 months and 5 days to complete construction of the tower. But, the Eiffel Tower only retained its status as world's tallest structure for 41 years, until it was beaten by the Chrysler Building in 1930. Then came the Empire State Building in 1931 that was completed in just over 1 year.

It was in 1999 that the hourly sparkly light display was added to the tower, to celebrate the new millennium. It takes 20,000 bulbs to create this effect.
