If you donโt know, Jo is a fitness influencer and a momma, who has seriously helped motivate and encourage me throughout my second postpartum journey! She is amazing and makes working out super fun and easy, anyone at any fitness level can do her workouts. I challenged myself to doing only her workouts for two weeks.
