Today I will be showing you my review of Grow with Joโ€™s indoor walking workouts for two weeks. If you donโ€™t know, Jo is a fitness influencer and a momma, who has seriously helped motivate and encourage me throughout my second postpartum journey! She is amazing and makes working out super fun and easy, anyone at any fitness level can do her workouts. I challenged myself to doing only her workouts for two weeks. Although many of her workouts range from 15-30 minutes I did push myself to do longer ones. Hope you enjoy this content :-)
