مری موت کو بھی پیارے کوئی چاہیئے بہانہ

ترے عشق کی کرامت یہ اگر نہیں تو کیا ہے
کبھی بے ادب نہ گزرا مرے پاس سے زمانہ

تری دوری و حضوری کا یہ ہے عجیب عالم
ابھی زندگی حقیقت ابھی زندگی فسانہ

مرے ہم صفیر بلبل مرا تیرا ساتھ ہی کیا
میں ضمیر دشت و دریا تو اسیر آشیانہ

میں وہ صاف ہی نہ کہہ دوں جو ہے فرق مجھ میں تجھ میں
ترا درد درد تنہا مرا غم غم زمانہ

ترے دل کے ٹوٹنے پر ہے کسی کو ناز کیا کیا
تجھے اے جگرؔ مبارک یہ شکست فاتحانہ
