2107 - The CUA ( Canadian Urological Association) suggests offering PSA screening to men with a life expectancy greater than 10 years. The decision of whether or not to pursue PSA screening should be based on shared decision-making after the potential benefits and harms associated with screening have been discussed (Level of evidence: 1; Grade of recommendation: B).
