Shin was the lead singer / founder of Bhangra band Cobra in the 80's. The band went on to produce & release 3 albums, one of which was produced by the the legendry Kuljit Bhamra. The album releases gave the band the opportunity to tour across the UK & Europe alongside great legendary Bhangra bands and Artists such as Malkit Singh, Heera, Apna Sangeet, Alaap, DCS, Premi, Azaad, Chirag Peachan, Holle Holle & Sahotas.
